Live plants are perishable and sensitive to environmental conditions. As such, they are non-returnable once delivered or picked up. However, if a plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Claims must be submitted with clear photos of the plant and packaging to qualify for a replacement or store credit. We reserve the right to determine the cause of damage and whether the plant is eligible for compensation.
For in-store purchases, any concerns about plant health must be brought to our attention within 24 hours. We do not guarantee plant health after this period, as care and environmental factors beyond our control can affect the plant’s condition.
Non-plant items such as pots, tools, and accessories may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging intact. Items returned damaged, used, or without original packaging will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Sale items and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
If a return is approved, customers may choose between a replacement item, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method, depending on the nature of the product and availability. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged item.
We do not accept returns for plants that decline due to improper care, incorrect placement, overwatering, underwatering, or other conditions outside of our control. Customers are encouraged to ask for care guidance at the time of purchase or consult our website for plant-specific instructions.
